CURRENT & Future PROJECTS
*'Pray for Portugal' - A Large-scale Effort
This ministry will be collaborating with a small group of churches to increase awareness and support for Portugal within the Portuguese-American communities located in the US and Canada. The first phase of this wide-reaching initiative will be implemented through social media, E-mail and direct mail.
*Repairs on Pastors' Respite House
This is for the 'Missions House' in the Azores, which we are making available for weary pastors and their families. Repairs needed: major work on unsafe concrete staircase and large cracks in stucco walls.
Church Building Renovation
This gospel church is in the Azores. There is quite a bit of work to be done on this building. Renovations include: repairing unsafe stone and concrete walls; and renovating an exterior multi-use area for church activities and evangelism events.
Training Church Planters
There is a tremendous need for planting new gospel churches in Portugal. Evangelical bible colleges/seminaries in the capital city of Lisbon are preparing men for this work. But some cannot afford to continue with their studies. Could you help sponsor one of them?
Respite for Weary Pastors and Family
Some pastors in Portugal have labored for more than a decade without any time away from their church ministry duties. Could you help a pastor and family with the cost of travel expenses?
